The School of the Art Institute of Chicago

Branding, Identity

Following a contentious dialogue among school administrators and faculty and students about the new School of the Art Institute of Chicago logo, SunSilvestri was asked to design an identity that better represented the school’s dialectic and multidisciplinary values. Digging a little further and taking a cross-section of other nationally-recognized art schools, we designed a logo that encapsulated the School’s personality and differentiated them from their contemporaries. Published in the School of the Art Institute of Chicago’s Monthly Newspaper, F News along with other logo submissions.
